Help shape the future of Squash and Racquetball in South Australia.
Squash SA, the State Sporting Body for Squash and Racquetball, has an exciting and challenging road ahead. A fresh 2010-2013 Strategic Plan has set a new direction to generate significant growth in participation and member services through marketing initiatives and facility development.
A recent restructure of organisational capacity has resulted in the creation of six (6) Advisory Committees.
Finance and Risk Advisory Committee
Appointed Board Member: M.Goldstone
- Minimum 4 members (including 1 x Board member)
- Provides a financial management framework and financial guidance to the Board, to ensure financial prudence and efficiency in all areas of operation and management of Squash SA, Racquets SA and any another financial interests operated by Squash SA.
- Reports quarterly to the Board on finance, risk matters, financial objectives and targets as detailed in the strategic plan.

Squash Facilities Advisory Committee
Appointed Board Member: M.Goldstone
- Minimum 5 members (including 1x Board Representative and at least one Court Owner).
- Provides advice and recommendations to the Board on the current state, future development and commercial exploitation of physical assets.
- Reports quarterly to the Board on facilities, objectives and targets as detailed in the strategic plan unless there are matters that are for urgent attention of the Board.

Pennant Committee
Appointed Staff Member: TBA
- Minimum of 4 members (including 1x Board Representative and must include female, male and Court Owner representation).
- Manages Squash SA Pennant bylaws for all Squash SA administered competition and events.
- Provides advice and policy assistance to the Board on the development, implementation and monitoring of Pennant mattersReports to the Board at the conclusion of each Pennant competition to review the effectiveness of the competition structures to ensure their relevance to growth needs of the sport.

Squash SA Awards Advisory Committee
Appointed Staff Member: P.Sinnott
- Minimum 3 members
- The committee must include at least one female and one male.
- Recommends to the Board the appointment of Life Membership, Service and Player Awards.

Junior Coordination Advisory Committee
Appointed Board Members: S. Cope, D. Giles
- Minimum 4 members (including 1x Board Representative).
- Provides advice and policy assistance to the Board on the development, implementation and monitoring of strategies which increase participation in junior squash programs and activities, tournaments and pennants.
- Reports quarterly to the Board on junior participation and programs, objectives and targets as detailed in the strategic plan
Junior Coordination Advisory Coimmittee
Senior Coordination Advisory Committee
Appointed Board Members: C .Johnstone, A. Proctor
- Minimum 4 members (including 1x Board Representative), must include female and male representatives and a Court Owner
- Provides advice and policy assistance to the Board on the development, implementation and monitoring of strategies which increase participation in senior squash programs and activities, tournaments and pennants.
- Reports quarterly to the Board on senior participation and programs, objectives and targets as detailed in the strategic plan.
Senior Coordination Advisory Committee
Marketing & Membership Advisory Committee
Appointed Board Members: C.Johnstone, A.Proctor
- Minimum 4 members (including 1x Board Representative and 1 x Court Owner).
- Provides advice and policy assistance to the Board regarding strategic marketing, promotion and membership strategies.
- Reports quarterly to the Board on marketing and membership matters, programs, objectives and targets as detailed in the strategic plan
