Coffee & Courts - Women Only Sessions

Never played squash? Perfect. Grab a racquet, have a go, meet some people and stay for a coffee.

Coffee & Courts is a relaxed, free, social way to try squash — no experience, equipment or fitness level required.

We'll have racquets ready, easier-bouncing balls and a range of fun games and challenges to help you get started. There’s no formal coaching session and no pressure to get everything right. Just have a go, try something new and you might accidentally learn a little squash along the way.

Move around the court, try the different challenges, have a hit with someone new and see what you can do. Miss the ball? No problem. Have another go. Getting better is part of the fun.

And, of course, there’s the coffee.
