State 3 Grand Final Showdown – Somerton vs PAOC Kent Town Hotel

Somerton’s Sam came out swinging, firing aces like rockets across the court. Rob tried to steady himself, but Sam’s nerves of steel and sharp shots left him scrambling. With a 3–1 victory, Sam locked in the first rubber for Somerton!

Next up, Simon stepped in with swagger. Stuart barely had time to blink before Simon turned the court into a masterclass in squash. A clean sweep 3–0 win, Somerton now cruising with a two-rubber lead!

Enter Bernyce, PAOC’s powerhouse. She strutted onto the court ready to flip the script, and she did. With precision, control, and a sizzling hot ball, she schooled Warrick on what grand final focus really looks like. A commanding 3–0 win gave PAOC their first rubber and kept the contest alive!

The decider had everyone buzzing, could Mark pull PAOC back into contention? Clinton had other plans. Calm, strategic, and laser-focused, he dismantled Mark’s game point by point. Somerton sealed the deal, leaving no doubt who owned the night.

Somerton showed grit, flair, and dominance, while PAOC fought hard, the home side proved too strong. A grand final packed with drama, lessons, and plenty of squash fireworks!
